Smoked Wild Salmon

Wild salmon filleted, brined in honey and salt, and then lightly hot smoked with an Alder wood blend. Moist, tender and flaky. Enjoy with cheese and crackers, dice and add to a cream sauce, or eat straight out of the bag. Individually vacuum-sealed in 5 oz. portions. NO nitrates or artificial preservatives added. Shipped and stored frozen.

We deliver our smoked salmon via Fedex or direct delivery with insulated shippers, dry ice and/or gel ice.
