Cold Smoked Lox

Our lox is brined in honey and salt and lightly cold smoked with an Alder wood blend at a low temperature. It is then thinly sliced and carefully placed on a foil board and vacuum-packed to preserve its silky texture and savory taste. Try it with bagels and cream cheese, or add some capers and red onion slices for a delicious sandwich. Simply, it's the best!  No nitrates or artificial preservatives added.  Vacuum sealed on a gold board.  Ships and stores frozen.
