Our lox is brined in honey and salt and lightly cold smoked with an Alder wood blend at a low temperature. It is then thinly sliced and carefully placed on a foil board and vacuum-packed to preserve its silky texture and savory taste. Try it with bagels and cream cheese, or add some capers and red onion slices for a delicious sandwich. Simply, it's the best! No nitrates or artificial preservatives added. We ship frozen and shelf stable products on Tuesdays unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders should be placed by 12PM Pacific time on Monday for Tuesday shipment.
