Join Our Team!

Loki Fish Company is a small, family owned and operated fishing business founded in 1979 by Pete Knutson and Hing Lau Ng. Our Southeast Alaskan and Puget Sound salmon are gillnet caught, handled respectfully, bled and dressed on board, immediately chilled to below freezing in our seawater holds, then locally processed to our specifications. Loki believes strongly in supporting our local community. We strongly encourage residents of the South Park neighborhood, people of color, women, and gender non-conforming people to apply for positions with our company.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions to join our tight-knit team:

Food Program Manager

This is a new position and one with loads of opportunity for growth in cooking, preparing, and developing recipes for organic and sustainable salmon-based foods. The role is highly autonomous but with ample support for a creatively inclined cook, looking to do something different and make the position their own.

The Food Program Manager performs all tasks as related to Loki’s farmer’s market prepared food production as well as our retail and wholesale in-house food production. Click here to download the complete job description and list of qualifications, or click here to see our craigslist ad.
