Wild Salmon Slider Patties

Our wild salmon slider patties are processed, vacuum-sealed and frozen in our own commercial production facility.  

Ingredients: skinless and boneless wild salmon, red bell pepper, shallot, lemon zest, tapioca flour, and salt. 

Each package contains (4) 2 oz. patties.  Ships and stores frozen.

We recommend frying them in a pan from frozen with a little oil or butter, about 3 minutes per side.  Great for making your own salmon sliders, or to top a rice bowl with veggies.  Delicious!
