Pickled Wild Sockeye Salmon

Salt-brined for several days and then hand-packed with care in a sweet and tangy brine, our pickled salmon will remind you of pickled herring, only better! Perfect for snacking right out of the jar or mixing into a potato salad, every component from the onions to the brine can be used. Make a delicious salad dressing with the remaining brine and use any extra onions for a sandwich. Packed with lemon, onion, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, white sugar and pickling spice.

Each jar contains 6 ounces of pickled salmon, sandwiched between layers of onion, lemon and pickling spice.  Jars should be stored under refrigeration, and refrigerated shelf life is best within 90 days from the pack date.
