Cold Smoked Keta Lox

Keta lox is lighter in color, with a mild, smoky flavor. The most reminiscent of East Coast-style lox.

Our cold smoked lox is cured with a honey and salt brine, cold smoked with an alder wood blend, and then cut to 3/16ths of an inch on a deli slicer.  It is then placed on a gold board, vacuum sealed and frozen.  All packages are 4 ounces each.  Stores for up to one year in the freezer, one month under refrigeration or seven days once opened.
