Wild Coho Salmon Whole Side Fillet

Coho salmon is flavorful and rich, and great for entertaining. It does equally well grilled or baked.  Just thaw, season to taste and cook yourself restaurant quality salmon!

Sides are approximately 2 lbs each, boneless, skin on and vacuum packed.  Ships and stores frozen.

Our flash-frozen Wild Coho Salmon is harvested in Southeast Alaska.  Our boats go above and beyond the industry standard by bleeding, dressing and immersing each salmon in refrigerated sea-water within minutes of harvest.  This provides a consistent quality that is unsurpassed in our industry.  Each salmon is filleted and pin-boned by hand, vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and quickly flash-frozen to preserve quality.
