Our flash-frozen Wild Alaskan Whole Salmon are exclusively harvested on-board our two boats, and F/V Njord. We go above and beyond the industry standard of handling by bleeding, dressing and chilling each salmon to below freezing within minutes of harvest. Each salmon receives a light water glaze to prevent oxidation before it is flash-frozen and individually sleeved. Buy direct from the fishermen and experience the Loki Fish difference.

Flash-Frozen Whole Pink Salmon

Alaskan Pink Salmon are headed and gutted and average 2-3 pounds each. They are the perfect meal size for a family of four, or can be easily cut frozen into individual serving size steaks with a hand saw.

Flash-Frozen Whole Coho Salmon

Alaskan Coho Salmon are head-on, gutted and average 4-6 pounds each. Each fish will serve a party of 6-8, or can be easily cut frozen into individual serving size steaks with a hand saw.
