Whether you're looking for shelf-stable products for camping and hiking, a variety of fillets for cooking in different ways, or want to put together some easy appetizers for your guests, these will give you a taste of the variety of different products we have to offer.

Not sure what kind of smoked salmon you'd prefer? Try this pack for a sampling of our smoked salmon offerings. All smoked salmon is brined in honey and salt and then hot-smoked for the perfect flaky texture. Available in Northwest (Regular), Pepper-Garlic, or a mixture of both.

Flash-Frozen Fillets Sampler - $64.24
