Sockeye Salmon Roe
Our sockeye roe is raw and flash-frozen in 1lb. packages. It can be blanched and made into ikura, cured in the skein, or lightly pan-fried like a sausage. Sockeye skeins are nutrient dense and rich with salmon flavor.
