Our flash-frozen Wild Salmon fillets are exclusively harvested on-board our two boats, F/V Loki and F/V Njord. We go above and beyond the industry standard of handling by bleeding, dressing and chilling each salmon to below freezing within minutes of harvest. Each salmon is filleted and pin-boned by hand, vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and quickly flash-frozen to preserve quality. Buy direct from the fishermen and experience the Loki Fish difference.

We ship our frozen fillets FedEx 2-day air or Overnight nation-wide with dry ice, gel-packs and Coldpack refrigerated shippers. Residents of parts of the Northwest can order frozen fillets via FedEx Ground.

Flash-Frozen Pink Salmon Fillets

Pink salmon fillets are the lightest, most delicate of the salmon species. They cook quickly and are incredibly tender. Their mild flavor takes on marinades and seasonings well, and is also delicious simply prepared with olive oil, salt and pepper. Flash-Frozen Keta Salmon Fillets


Keta salmon fillets are thick and meaty, with a mild flavor. Keta fillets are great for marinating and grilling, and for individuals who don't like an overpowering salmon flavor.
