Our flash-frozen Wild Salmon fillets are exclusively harvested on-board our two boats, F/V Loki and F/V Njord. We go above and beyond the industry standard of handling by bleeding, dressing and chilling each salmon to below freezing within minutes of harvest. Each salmon is filleted and pin-boned by hand, vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and quickly flash-frozen to preserve quality. Buy direct from the fishermen and experience the Loki Fish difference.
